1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Catsy platform ("Service"), available at catsy.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Catsy is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to generate, edit, and transform images and videos using artificial intelligence models. The Service includes features such as image generation, video generation, upscaling, face swap, style transfer, and other AI-powered tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payment

  • The Service uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are consumed when you use AI features to generate or edit content.
  • Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Additional credits can be purchased through paid subscription plans.
  • All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current price until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and our Content Policy. You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, harass others, create non-consensual deepfakes, produce CSAM, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that violates these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated through the Service is created using third-party AI models. Catsy does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • AI-generated content may contain imperfections, artifacts, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
  • Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including AI-generated outputs based on your inputs.
  • Catsy may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service, but will not use your specific generated content for training purposes without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Catsy platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Catsy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Content Policy. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Catsy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your specific requirements.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
