Catsy provides AI-powered tools for content creation. This policy defines what is and is not allowed on our platform. By using Catsy, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors: This includes any AI-generated content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative situations. Zero tolerance.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: Creating deepfakes, face swaps, or AI-generated intimate or sexual content of real people without their explicit, verifiable consent.
• Terrorism and violent extremism: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites terrorism or violent extremism.
• Illegal activities: Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities, including fraud, drug trafficking, or weapons manufacturing.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed and will result in content removal and potential account action:

• Harassment and bullying: Content created to harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully specific individuals.
• Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Misinformation and deception: Creating realistic AI-generated content intended to deceive the public, impersonate real people for fraudulent purposes, or spread disinformation.
• Intellectual property infringement: Content that intentionally infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Spam and manipulation: Using the platform to generate bulk spam, manipulate social media metrics, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Malware and phishing: Content designed to facilitate phishing attacks, distribute malware, or compromise computer systems.

Sensitive Content Guidelines

• Adult content: Certain AI models on Catsy may support adult content generation where permitted by law. Users must be 18+ and such content must not depict real individuals without consent. Adult content must not be shared in public galleries.
• Political content: AI-generated political content should be clearly labeled as AI-generated and must not be used to impersonate political figures or create deceptive political media.
• Medical and legal content: AI-generated content should not be presented as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share using Catsy.
• If you use face swap or similar features with images of real people, you must have their consent.
• You should label AI-generated content as such when sharing it publicly, especially where it could be mistaken for real photography or footage.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding AI-generated content.

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain imperfections, artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs. AI models may occasionally produce unexpected results despite safety measures. Catsy continuously works to improve content safety filters, but no system is perfect. Users should review all generated content before use or distribution.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it to support@catsy.ai. We review all reports and take appropriate action, typically within 48 hours.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Removal of violating content
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement where required
• Forfeiture of remaining credits without refund
