  • Payment information: processed and stored securely by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers
  • Content: images, videos, and prompts you upload or create using the Service

  • Device information: browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs

AI model providers receive your prompts and input media to generate outputs. We select providers with appropriate data handling practices and do not permit them to use your content for training without consent.

  • Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Generated content is stored for your access and may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity or upon account deletion.
  • Payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
  • Log and analytics data is retained for up to 12 months and then anonymized or deleted.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
